STRUCTURE

ENCLOSURE AND PARTITIONS
Exteriors formed by concrete block of 15cm thickness with double chamber, withinsulated plasterboard. Wall partitions, separation between houses, of concrete blocks double chamber of 12 cm, with plasterboard double plate in both sides, withacoustic insulation. Internal partitions of modulated profile, with double plaque, with insulation of mineral wool.
DECK
Flat practicable formed with concrete slopes, thermal insulation of 80mm. Waterproofing of bitumen sheet SBS-LBM-40 FP (140), finished with ceramic tile. Inclined formed with slopes of galvanized profile 1,5mm. Installed on flat forged.Thermal insulation of 80mm. Waterproofing with plaque under tile BTU curved profile, arabic tile fixed with polyurethane foam.
PLASTER
Vertical and horizontal external parameters, mortar plastering with coarse lime.False ceilings in interiors of dwellings, formed by a plaque of plasterboard.
SOLES AND TILLING
Porcelain stoneware tile in interiors of dwellings. Porcelain stoneware tiles in bathrooms. Non-slip stoneware flooring on terraces and exterior porches. In common areas, stamped concrete and asphalt agglomerate.
WOOD CARPENTRY
Armored entrance doors. Passage doors with horizontal slot marking panels,lacquered in white. Wardrobe interiors made of white melamine and pvc corners, chest of drawers, loft and hanging bar. Fittings in aluminum or stainless steel.
