WALLS AND PARTITIONING
Enclosure of the exterior contour of the apartment with a 20 cm and 15 cm thick double chamber concrete block. Plasterboard panelling with a double layer of 13+13 mm, with insulation in between. Separation walls between apartments made of double chamber block walls, double-layer plasterboard panelling on both sides with mineral wool insulation. Interior partitions of double-layer plasterboard modular profiles of 13+13 mm, 46 mm mineral wool and double-layer plasterboard of 13+13 mm on the other side.
Flat accessible roof in private solarium areas and communal terrace areas. Made of concrete slopes, 100 mm thick thermal insulation, concrete slopes, waterproofing with SBS-LBM-40 FP.
(140) bitumen sheet placed with asphalt primer, geotextile protection, 3 cm layer of mortar ready for paving and finished with porcelain stoneware flooring. Inclined on the street façade. Made up of partitions, flat vault, compression layer, self-protecting waterproof layer and insulation with a mineral wool panel finished with semi-mortar Arabic tile.
RENDERING AND PLASTERING
Exterior-facing walls on the main façade: CP mortar on a base of panelling and plastering. Plastered with mortar and lime stucco. Subsequent façade plastered with a thick layer of Weber basic lime mortar, after laying Mallatex. False ceilings formed of 13 mm laminated plasterboard on a metallic structure.
FLOORING AND TILING
Flooring of rectified porcelain stoneware tiles inside the apartment, on levelling flooring and impactodan layered on slab. Porcelain stoneware tiles in bathrooms. Anti-slip stoneware flooring in terraces and exterior porches.
Main façade clad in Santanyí stone and Binissalem stone on the ground floor. Inside stairs formed with aged, anti-slip Gris Zarci marble stones or similar.
Solid leaf entrance door plated inside with two steel plates, veneer hardwood finish on the outside and mod.MML4 white lacquer on the inside. Interior doors in white lacquered MDF, 4 pantographs, frames and flashing sitec system. Interior Wardrobes in melamine textile drawer unit with 4 drawers, shelves and oval matt silver aluminium hanging rail. Frontage with two white lacquered sliding leaves, automatic brake and self-closing for each leaf, matt silver aluminium fittings.
Aluminium metalwork made with lacquered Technal GY-55 series, with thermal bridge break and incorporated micro-ventilation accessories. Sliding balcony doors, practicable and tilt and turn windows. Fixed Louvred Mallorcan shutters in aluminium.
In accordance with the current Legislation, Low Voltage Regulations and the regulations of the utility company. Installation with recessed plastic boxes and tubes, electrical panels in the apartments with differential switches and circuit breakers. Individual meters for each apartment. Video door entry system installed.
TELEPHONE AND TV INSTALLATION
Installation in accordance with current Legislation, phone outlets in the living room and bedrooms. TV-TDT-SAT outlets in the living room and bedrooms. Terrestrial and satellite TV antenna.
