ENCLOSURES AND PARTITIONING
Outer contour partitioning of dwellings of 15 cm thick double-chambered concrete block. 13+13mm double-layer Pladur plasterboard with intermediate insulation. Partition walls between dwellings formed by 11 cm thick perforated ceramic brick, double-layer Pladur plasterboard on both sides with mineral wool insulation. Inner walls with modular sections and 13+13 mm double-layer Pladur plasterboard, 46 mm mineral wool and 13+13 mm double-layer Pladur plasterboard on the other side.
Accessible flat roof formed by concrete slopes, 100 mm thick thermal insulation, waterproofing with SBS-LBM-40 FP (140) bitumen sheet, installed with asphalt priming, 3 cm protection mortar and tiling finishing with porcelain stoneware flooring.
RENDERING AND PLASTERING
Vertical and horizontal external facings of basic Weber lime mortar rendering thick layer following Mallatex installation. False ceilings formed by 13 mm laminated plasterboard sheets over a metal structure.
FLOORING AND TILING
Rectified porcelain stoneware flooring in interiors of dwellings, on screed, and installation of an anti-impact laminate on rafters. Porcelain stoneware tiles in bathrooms. Anti-slippery stoneware flooring in terraces and outdoor porches. Precast concrete elements in outdoor common areas (passages). Mechanically trowelled finished, flat tread contour concrete and rough-finished access ramp on basement floor.
Dierre-branded, Esparta-5 model, armoured entrance door, Milano-4 model aluminium outer panel, and cylindrical safety lock. Metal subframe. Access doors in white lacquered MDF, 4 pantographed, Sitec system door frames and flashings. Cupboard interiors in textile melamine, 4-drawer drawer unit, shelves and matt silver aluminium oval-shaped hanging rail. Two white lacquered sliding panels on the front part, automatic brake and self-closing feature per panel, matt silver aluminium fittings.
